We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will support the implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing applications that leverage AI and machine learning technologies on the shop floor. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and ensure that solutions align with our strategic objectives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. You will perform on site activities such as workshops and trainings to increase adoption and gather feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and IT teams, to elicit and document business requirements related to AI and machine learning applications.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations.
- Solution Design: Work closely with our UX/UI design team and Development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring the design meets user needs and compliance regulations.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects. Support project managers in tracking progress and addressing any roadblocks.
- User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-u to ensure successful adoption of new applications. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Onsite presence in, Grange Castle, Dublin, Ireland is required at least 50%, comfortable being onsite in Dublin 2x a week and flexible for 100% onsite, some remote flex as well depending on Smart Factory project deployment deadlines
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience working on a technical team with onshore/offshore resources for applications (customized internal applications)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in a production environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., FDA, cGMP) is preferred.
- Lead application not the team, Team leader/product owner he will be working with the product owner located in India
- Expected to provide inputs in meetings and will need the ability to thrive in fast paced high pressure (at times) environment.
- Strong BA Skills documentation, requirements gathering and working with the business stakeholders and experience leading IT application implementation
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Digital Manufacturing, GMP
Smart Factory technology, shop floor, predictive analytics, automation in the Manufacturing site location
ML/AI Predictive Analytics experience
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and project management software is a plus.
