• Coordinates, analyzes, & controls inventory system throughout the Department of Commerce.
• Develops, implements & enforces policies & procedures on inventory control.
• Provides training on record retention & records disposal.
• Arranges for pickup of records in collaboration with Division points of contact.
• Retains all electronic certificates of disposal.
• Assists with moving & relocation of furniture, offices, equipment & supplies.

Qualifications

9 mos. exp. as Inventory Control Specialist, 64551.

-Or 18 mos. trg. or 18 mos. exp. in inventory control; 3 courses or 9 mos. exp. in electronic data processing related to inventory control; 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in public relations.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
