Under the general supervision of the Program Representative III (Supervisor), the Program Representative II (PR II) is responsible for reviewing and assessing investigative cases, accusations, citations and assisting on issues related to case review, enforcement, and consumer complaints. The PR II also assists in the research and development of policy, procedures, and regulations related to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR).

Working Conditions
No specific physical requirements are present; however, sitting, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling requirements are consistent with office work. The incumbent works 40 hours per week during regular business hours of operation in an office setting, with artificial lighting and temperature control. Daily access to and use of a personal computer, including computer programs (such as, but not limited to Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MapPoint, Word, etc.) and/or program databases (such as, but not limited to ATS, CAS, TEALE, SharePoint, etc.), telephone, and other standard office equipment (e.g. copier, scanner, fax, etc.) are essential. The incumbent may occasionally be expected to lift binders, files, records, and/or manuals up to twenty (20) pounds. The incumbent is required to travel throughout an assigned geographical area by various methods of transportation. Must be willing and able to travel via air flight and state vehicle throughout the state to attend meetings and perform other responsibilities.
