Insight Global is seeking a Network Operations Specialist. This person will closely support the geographically dispersed network and team located throughout North America. The Network Operations Specialist will be responsible for being the first line of support for the customer and field team to troubleshoot and assist with developing solutions and support mission-critical programs. This role requires you to have experience providing remote support for CISCO network equipment. You will be working directly with the customer so strong customer service experience is necessary. This role requires you to sit onsite in Melbourne, FL and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience with an Associate's Degree
3-5 years of experience working in a NOC environment
Layer 1 troubleshooting experience
Experience providing remote technical support for CISCO network equipment
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 network control environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CCNA or CCNP certification
Physical layer and routed technologies experience.
Experience with Network Management systems and tools.
Experience in remote maintenance and repair of the CISCO network equipment.
