Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

Compensation: $80,000/year.

Job Description:

• Infrastructure Management:
  • Build and maintain promotional infrastructure in CRM to support marketing campaigns.
• eCommerce Site Management:
  • Develop, update, and oversee online order forms and order confirmations.
• Polls and Surveys:
  • Create, update, and manage marketing polls and surveys to collect insights and track results.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Call Center, Customer Service, Graphics, and Circulation to plan and execute marketing promotions.
• URL Management:
  • Assign and monitor URLs, domains, and vanity URLs for each marketing campaign.
• Display Marketing Management:
  • Maintain and optimize marketing assets on the website, including banners and e-commerce, utilizing DFP and tracking tools.
• Reporting:
  • Generate, maintain, and update marketing reports daily, weekly, and monthly to assess campaign performance.
• Marketing Asset Management:
  • Organize and maintain marketing creative assets, information, and tracking data for reporting purposes to ensure accessibility and organization.
• Support:
  • Assist Marketing Department team members in maintaining organization, tracking metrics of success, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Skills/Experience:
• Proficient in HTML/CSS coding.
• Experience in CRM/CMS management.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Technically savvy and capable of working independently.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in direct response marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of marketing and retention metrics.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL database management, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
