An Insight Global client is looking for a Network Security engineer to join their team. You would be connected to different projects they are undertaking including ISE rollouts, firewall rollouts, and incident management to name a few. They are looking for someone with a strong networking background as you will be paired with the infrastructure team to help troubleshoot issues on-prem and in the cloud (Azure). Their environment is predominately Cisco but are also integrating Meraki, and are currently transitioning from Umbrella to ZScalar. This role will require up to 25% travel so that you can be present at their sites for any necessary hands-on engineering.

Salary target of $110k-$120k + bonus and hourly pay rate target between $50-$60/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of Networking experience and 1+ year within Security

* Strong ISE skills (Identity Service Engine)

* Strong networking experience with Cisco and Meraki

o Experience using Umbrella and/or ZScalar for DNS and Web Filtering

* Understanding of Splunk as a SIEM

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Certification such as CCNP, CCIE and any networking certs

* Strong Azure skills

o AWS is comparable
