Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to support the rollout of Windows 11 across our organization. 

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, along with a proven track record in IT support.




Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the reception, inventory management, imaging, configuration, and installation of laptops and desktop devices.
  • Execute bulk imaging of laptops and configure software installations.
  • Manage the deployment of multiple devices daily, ensuring meticulous tracking and organization.
  • Utilize Intune for the imaging process and adhere to established protocols.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking inventory, user assignments, and device models.
  • Collaborate effectively with local, regional, and global IT teams to meet deployment goals.
  • Support the local team with various IT activities, including addressing backlog tickets and other operational tasks during downtime.




Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with imaging PCs and installing/configuring software.
  • Familiarity with Intune Autopilot is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently to meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift/move up to 15 lbs.
