SUMMARY
The IT End Point Supervisor reports to the IT Technical Services Manager and is responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of desktop support and systems analysts who can foster a collaborative and productive work environment. The IT End Point Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the team meets quality of service metrics and SLAs for break/fix, request, and project tasks to support Hospital clinical and non-clinical staff. This includes deployment, administration, life cycle and end-user support for IT endpoints, software/hardware and peripherals. This position requires supervision of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Requires one of the following:

• a bachelors degree in IT or equivalent and two years of IT experience
• an associates degree in IT or equivalent and four years of IT experience
• six years of IT experience

2. Requires one year of IT management experience.

3. ITIL or similar OpEx certification strongly preferred.

4. Pennsylvania State Police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance, and an FBI criminal history check required.
