An employer is looking for a Lab Computing Systems Manager in the Greater Seattle WA area. This person will be supporting and managing a team of 8-10 LCS Engineers. This person will be required to be a hands on manager in addition to leading the team. The team they will manage will be balancing upwards to 12 projects at a time including but not limited to, modernizing and digitizing the lab, Windows 7 to 10 upgrades, bringing in medical hardware to be hooked up to computers. This person will be working closely with other teams, such as the QC and Scientists. They will sit in on meetings, listen to scientists needs of projects, and relay this information to the technical team to support.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience with validation, quality control and SOP documentation

4+ years of experience managing a team of 10+ people

5+ years of experience in a GMP environment

Experience in laboratory environment

Experience with upgrades and migrations of software and hardware

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in biopharma
