This IT Architecture Manager position within the IT department will have responsibility for the IT Architectural program team. This role will be responsible for supporting solution and technical architects in both the IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) domains as well as continuing to build out an advanced architecture practice. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the team you are leading, as well as play a critical part in developing a mature architectural framework and governance.

This position will play a vital role in developing the organization's future vision, product roadmaps and value stream roadmaps as well as driving innovation in technology to deliver forward-looking solutions. In addition, this role will proactively work with peers and business partners to provide architecture services, support, and training to advance the overall Midstream IT/OT strategy. This position will have both a focus on Enterprise products and of Field capabilities to drive digital adoption.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both IT and OT principles and be able to effectively lead a team to apply industry best practices to our suite of network architectures, technologies, and tools while providing thought leadership to the organization.

This role will proactively work closely with peers across IT, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity as well as business partners to effectively collaborate on solutions and priorities.

This role can be primarily located in San Antonio, Denver, or Findlay, OH with occasional travel to accommodate an onsite 4x1 office schedule. Required Skills & Experience
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience required.
- 3+ years of experience leading professional staff required.
- Experience/exposure with OT (operational technology) infrastructure
