Our client is looking for an IT Operations Analyst in Kesston, KS to join their team!

Title: IT Operations Analyst
Location: Onsite in Kesston, KS
Pay: $23/hr+ depending on experience
Duration: 4 month contract to hire

The Job: White Glove Support is a critical component to the role within the IT organization responsible for providing exceptional support to Executive VIP users while ensuring their satisfaction with technology services. This position requires excellent technical, customer service, and communication skills coupled with a passion for helping people.

• Provide white glove support to Executive VIPs and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.

• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with Executives, Executive Assistants, and IT colleagues.

• Coordinate and support Executive events and meetings.

• Monitor all IT support requests and respond to them in a timely manner.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications to identify and resolve problems effectively.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate or solve systemic issues proactively.

• Manage the Executive's expectations by providing clear and accurate communication.

• Provide end-user training to the VIP to enhance the overall end-user experience.

• Ensure all IT policies and protocols are followed.

• Ensure all support activities are documented in the IT Service Now tool.
