IT Operations Manager

Lead IT operational planning, including cybersecurity.
Allocate resources and define requirements for new technologies.
Manage IT systems deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
Conduct cost/benefit analyses for IT spending.
Oversee IT hardware, software, and equipment management.
Manage IT staff and third-party providers.
Ensure compliance and manage KPIs and SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in IT, 5+ years in management.
Experience with Microsoft OS, Meraki, Cisco networks, and cloud computing.
Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
BS/BA in Computer Science or related field required.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ITIL framework

Experience in the car parts industry
