Job Description:

IT Experience (Min): 6 Years
IS Experience (Min.): 2 Years

Under the direction of the Senior IT Operations & Systems Engineer and Project Manager, this role performs a broad range of responsibilities critical to the successful operation and improvement of the Client's IT infrastructure and services. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and implement IT infrastructure to support business requirements.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Implement configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to automate infrastructure management.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to facilitate discussions relevant to meeting project requirements.
