Job Description: The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and coordinating IT projects from inception to completion across all areas of the IT department. They will work closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within the scope of the project. They will work within the bounds of the IT department ensuing that all projects and tasks are properly prioritized and completed. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the architecture, applications, and support teams.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials to support project activities.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed according to deadlines and milestones.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication among project ream members, stakeholders, and management to ensure everyone is informed of project status, issues, and risks.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and work requirements.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and ensuring proper documentation and communication.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring they are delivery what was promised.
  • Other various duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and mange multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software.
