- Establishes, implements, and advocates IT project lifecycle and ensures alignment to departmental, OCIO, and Enterprise Architecture Division (EAD) strategic visions.
- Develops IT project plans, gate reviews, risk monitors and expenditure reports as necessary.
- Performs extensive inquiry into a wide variety of significant technical and programmatic issues, problems, or proposals.
- Facilitates regular review of IT projects in the portfolio; works to assist or create procedures, templates, and tools; providing training and support for project teams to prepare and participate in the reviews.
- Ensures the integration of IT programs and services sufficient to develop solutions to integration and/or interoperability issues.
- Performs extensive inquiry into a wide variety of significant technical and programmatic issues, problems, or proposals. Synthesizes information evaluating tentative study findings and draws logical conclusions.
