Must have skills/experience/certs and/or technologies:

•Documenting technical requirements, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using Service-Now.

•Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications.

•Previous experience in large-scale system implementations, especially cloud-based technologies

•At a minimum have fundamental knowledge of: Networks and Radio/Microwave components, Active Directory, Windows, and Cloud Technologies.

Day to Day responsibilities:

•Develop requirements document, project plans, and schedules.

•Coordinate with internal County departments on communication to County staff.

•Foster change acceptance and adoption among frontline employees with new technologies.

•Develop communications and training documents tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external

•Monitor and communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
