Our client, a global eCommerce giant, is seeking an IT Security Support Engineer to join their team. As an IT Security Support Engineer on this team, you will investigate and escalate vulnerabilities to drive down security risk and assist customers with remediation of vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT Security and excellent customer service and teamwork abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Security Support Engineer

Location: Remote - USA

Pay rate: $32/HR on Experis W2

What's the Job?

• Very collaborative environment - daily communication with the team
• These support engineers will investigate and escalate vulnerabilities to drive down security risk.
• Responsible for vulnerabilities which need to be actioned
• Assisting customers with remediation of vulnerabilities. Looking out to customers to see if they need help

What's Needed?

• Background in IT Security
• Customer service skills
• Team working abilities
• BS in Computer Science or combination of education and relevant experience
• Detailed knowledge of basic computer concepts, PC hardware and software troubleshooting, and workstation (desktop/laptop) hardware.
