IT Services Support II (Multiple position)
3200 E Camelback Rd #395 Phoenix AZ 85018 - Onsite role
12+ month contract with high potential for extension and can convert to permanent.

Pay range: $30-34/hr.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, with 1 year of experience managing/leading teams in a multi-office and remote support environment
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, making and keeping commitments
  • Solid technical background in a broad range of Microsoft-based IT disciplines, including infrastructure, architecture, server, storage, network, and project management
  • Experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, network routers, and switches
  • Knowledge of full lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
  • Passion for customer service and expertise in IT onsite and remote support
  • Build relationships with users to meet their IT support needs and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Provide White Glove Support for executive members as needed
  • Contribute to updating processes to streamline support
  • Provide 2nd level MAC support, as well as PC and some infrastructure support
  • Strong analytical, technical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Multi-task and resolve complex problems
  • Proactively identify, document, and escalate issues to limit downtime
  • Continuously enhance support services to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Drive customer escalations to logical closure
  • Balance competing priorities and shift focus quickly in response to critical needs
  • Experience in asset depot processes and workflow
  • Maintain accurate physical inventory of IT equipment and mobile devices
  • Strong operational understanding of MS Office Suite and Teams
  • Support large conference rooms/meetings and their respective technologies
  • Work independently and with a team
  • Assist with imaging, installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computers and peripheral equipment
  • Work with other IT teams to determine root causes and resolve problems
  • Provide level 2 desktop support for Windows, MS Office (O365), macOS, and proprietary systems
  • Quickly become proficient in new systems and adapt to evolving business requirements
  • Communicate IT issues to team members and management
  • Pursue training and development opportunities to continuously build knowledge and skills
  • Assist in identifying key metrics to improve efficiencies for local teams
  • Provide documentation and mentoring for all supported systems
  • Cross-train and mentor new contract staff on systems
