LaSalle Network has a great direct hire opportunity for an IT Solution Architect located in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid position. Client is an employee-owned company that develops, manufactures and markets healthcare products and services worldwide. This is a great opportunity with growth potential!

IT Solution Architect Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and implement IT solutions that optimize the Revenue Cycle management for DME including order processing, document management, claims, reimbursement and billing
  • Ensure seamless integration of Brightree software with existing IT infrastructure
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, development and deployment of OTC systems, like Brightree ecosystem
  • Design and implement data structures (data cubes, data lakes, etc.) to support operational and business KPIs
  • Ensure the alignment of IT solutions with business strategies and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Manage the lifecycle of order to cash systems, including upgrades, patches and troubleshooting
  • Share new features or trends with the business stakeholders in support of business goals
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Follow industry trends and advancements in DME revenue cycle management technologies

IT Solution Architect Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, with a focus on OTC processes
  • Strong knowledge in Brightree or other Order to Cash platforms
  • Experience with integration of Brightree or other Order to Cash platforms with systems in the Revenue Cycle Chain is required
  • Experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) distribution industry is required
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in the OTC process
  • Working knowledge of automation architectures and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Master's degree in a Computer Science and related field preferred
  • Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies preferred
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and solutions preferred
  • Experience with cloud-based healthcare IT solutions preferred
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools preferred
