Apex Systems is looking for an IT Specialist for a local Denver client. They would like the candidate to have 2-3 years of experience and be willing to go onsite 5 days a week. This candidate must have great customer service skills and do well helping people on the phones. This is a contract to hire role with a conversion salary of around $60,000.
Responsibilities:

• Help customers onsite and remote technical support with any computer system, printers, and software issues.
• Provide great customer skills on the phone and in person.
• Need to be able to create and maintain user accounts and groups in Active Directory.
• Need to be able to help with any audio and visual needs for various meetings and conferences.
• Experience with SQL Server.
