Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a IT Support Specialist to support our customer (DISA). This position requires you to be on-site at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all telephone systems and services. This specialist needs to be able to work in a 24/7 shift work environment.

Clearance: Secret Clearance

Location: Scott Air Force Base, IL

Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist:
• Analyze network and telecommunications alarms and identify potential issues/solutions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, document and repair network devices to include phone systems, call managers, VTC's, network infrastructure and trunk circuits.
• Identify, recommend, and implement simple solutions for smooth continuing operation of the DISN network as capacity needs change.

Qualifications of the IT Support Specialist:
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in two or more of the following: TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems.
• Must hold Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent) prior to start date.

Compensation for the IT Support Specialist:
• Salary Range: $30-45 / hourly Based on experience.
