IT Support Technician III job responsibilities:

• User support and issue resolution via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network-related problems

• Incident Management

• Provide step by step instructions and guidance to users

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree

• 7+ years experience installing and maintaining Windows based servers and various operating systems, software applications and hardware components

• Strong troubleshooting experience and maintaining PCs, laptops and printers

• Experience with Microsoft Intune/MDM solutions

• Experience with active Directory, Office 365 and PowerShell scripting

• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting IP networks
