IT Telecommunications Expense Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Telecommunications Expense Program Manager for a government client! In this pivotal role, you will manage several critical managed services contracts. Youll leverage your expertise to conduct in-depth audits, perform comprehensive data analytics, oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), and deliver exceptional customer support, resolving billing and outstanding contract issues with precision.
Job duties of this role include:
- Performing ongoing assessment and analysis of program projects using repeatable standards and practices where applicable, while also defining new approaches as needed. Ensure all agreed-upon service levels and customer requirements are met, and proactively identify, mitigate, and report program risks.
- Conduct ongoing invoice approvals, assessments, audits, and analysis of the costs and benefits of the existing TEM billing infrastructure, and recommend and implement creative solutions to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Maintain agency relationships by communicating with multiple stakeholders, each with different reporting needs and requirements, and schedule weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, demonstrating a high level of organization and prioritization skills.
- Respond promptly to customer needs by taking a customer-centric approach to problem-solving, soliciting customer feedback to improve service, and addressing service and assistance requests.

Required Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of Telephone and Carrier Broadband services and expenses.
- Working experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in Telecommunication Expense Managment.
- Experience in reporting on findings and making recommendations for improvements on needed system performance tuning.
- Advanced program management experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree plus 10 or more years of experience in project coordination, project management and program management (or equivalent experience)
