Required Experience

  • At least 2-3 years in a customer facing role
  • Wide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business process
  • Knowledge of telecom industry, relevant technical architecture, and industry standards
  • Experience in leading solutions across multiple domains and teams
  • Proven experience in defining customer requirements, non-functional requirements, solutions and project implementation
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information Systems and proficiency with the whole software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Java, Spring (i.e Cloud), Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge or experience working with one of the public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge and experience with Linux.
  • Passionate about engaging with new technologies.
  • A self-learner.
  • Confident presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-facing experience
  • 5-9 years of experience in defining customer requirements and solutions and project implementation.
  • Wide knowledge of relevant products and end-to-end Business process of telecom industry, relevant technical architecture, and industry standards.
  • Experience in leading team in cross-domain solution within the organization.

What you will do
  • You will own the development and design throughout the project lifecycle and be accountable for solution integrity.
  • Work with software engineers and other partners (i.e Architects, Product) to define and be aligned with business, development, and deployment needs.
  • Research and adopt new technologies used for applying concrete solutions to ongoing challenges.
  • Build high-level solutions for business requests.
  • Model the system components and define the R&R between components.
  • Contribute towards the creation of business flows based on client requirements.
  • Meet customers to understand their needs and explain the product architecture.
  • Gain insight into customer's environment, challenges, and opportunities in order to propose areas where Amdocs products and solutions can add value.
  • Ensure proposed solution that reflects Amdocs value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry and technology trends, standards, and competition in order to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics.
  • Share and communicate end-to-end solutions (orally and in writing) to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources in a clear and concise manner that is in the vernacular of each group.
  • Design cost effective solution that maximizes value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget, timelines, local market, and meeting customer requirements
  • Guide various product experts with regard to the solution.
  • Create and support (POC)/demos as to present solutions to client.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product management for delivery of best practices.
