The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our current services and technologies.
Role: Java L2 Senior Support Analyst
Roles/Responsibilities:
Drive resolution of Incidents
Drive resolution of service requests
Conduct Root Cause Analysis
Identify problem management candidates out of recurring patterns in incidents and Service requests
drive resolution of INCs/SRs as per committed SLA
Required Qualifications:
Need to have prior experience in production support engagements
Proficient in Java
Proficient in SQL
Knowledge of application monitoring, logging tools
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
