8.Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions using JavaScript Node.js React JS J2EE and MongoDB
- Oversee project timelines ensuring that all milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers product managers and other developers to ensure seamless integration of new features
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects ensuring that all team members are aligned
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of all software solutions
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process where applicable
- Optimize application performance ensuring that all solutions are scalable and efficient
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals
- Participate in the recruitment process helping to identify and onboard top talent to the development team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies ensuring that the team remains agile and responsive to changing requirements
-Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in JavaScript Node.js React JS J2EE and MongoDB
- Demonstrate experience with CSS Flask Python Redux and Python as nice-to-have skills
- Exhibit domain knowledge in Core Network and Data Network Equipment as an added advantage
