Lead Full Stack .NET developer with Angular

Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly skilled Senior FSE .NET Developer with a strong background in .NET and Angular with strong knowledge in these technologies to join our dynamic team. With a focus on developing robust scalable solutions for the electronic payments sector this role is pivotal in driving our mission to revolutionize financial transactions globally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack development microservices architecture and containerization technologies.

Location: On-Site role at Lake Forest , CA or Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering superior engineering outcomes.
• Train & Guide the Junior resources in the project activities.
• Operate in multi-team environment running in Agile mode.
• Highlight any dependencies, risks and bottle necks which can influence your commitments.
• Proactively engage with members to understand their challenges and direct them to knowledge centers within the community.
• Understand, Adhere & Achieve various Delivery, Quality, Schedule, Continuous Improvement parameters for the team.
• Make every effort to ensure your commitments are honored and delivered.
• Participate actively in responding to requests for help/assistance.

Required Qualifications:

• Core Java: Solid Foundation in Latest version of Java (17+), Java Memory Models, JVM Performance Tuning, concurrency). Knowing other functional language is a plus.
• Database: SQL (Postgres) / NoSQL (Cassandra).
• Caching: Familiarity with Redis or Similar is desirable.
• Event Streaming: Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Cloud Native: Docker/Kubernetes/Ansible/Helm/AWS/OCP.
• Frameworks: Reactive Programming/Spring.
• Cloud Migration: CDC / ACLs / Hybrid Deployments.
• DevOps: Pipelines/CICD/Git/TDD/Automated Testing/Chaos Engineering.
• US Degree would be an advantage.

• Work experience as a .NET and Angular Developer
• Proficiency in building web-based applications
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (like C# and Visual Basic .NET), Typescript
• Familiarity with agile environments
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication skills
• BE/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 - 124,400.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
