Job Title: Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist
Duration:7+Months of Contract (High possibility of extension)
Location:4910 Tiedeman Rd Brooklyn, Ohio 44144, can possibly be Hybrid after training.
Pay Rate $22.00/hr on W2

NOTE: This is an onsite position with the possibility of being Hybrid after training.
Job Summary: The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for reviewing loan documentation for complex commercial loan clients and booking basic commercial loans. This role supports the growth of Specialty lines of business, ensuring high-quality customer service for both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review commercial loan document packages to ensure all necessary documents are present and accurate.
• Book basic commercial loans, including Letters of Credit and loan participations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan documentation.
• Ensure proper collateral booking for complex loans.
• Maintain loan records and work in an online, image-enabled work queue.
• Provide basic customer support and answer inquiries related to loan documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-site teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Understanding of loan documentation, loan regulations, and loan accounting systems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to make decisions.

Skills:

• Attention to detail, lending process knowledge, reliable, and adaptable to new ideas.
• Ability to interpret legal documentation and prioritize tasks.
