IT FIELD SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Posting Details:

Salary: $19.61 - $23.44/HOUR 
Grade: 12
This position is open until filled

Job Summary: Essential Duties:

•Receive, resolve, and follow up on all service requests submitted to the IT Helpdesk System
• Install, configure, manage, and maintain all supported end-user technology devices and applications
• Perform basic to intermediate level service on user accounts • Document and maintain records of communication and actions taken to resolve Help    desk requests
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inventory of end user devices and applications
• Customer Service

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

• Current technology applicable to a K-12 educational environment
• Project management concepts, principles, and their applications
• Systems evaluation/analysis
• Judgement and decision making
• Troubleshooting
