Position Description:
Responsibilities include:
This role dedicates 60+% of time to acquiring new business along with supporting current customers with product inquiries. You will be a virtual face-to-face representative for the company, providing product information and support via joint calls, e-mail, and phone/video conferencing and when applicable, in person. Create new opportunity within the specified region may require daily travel to and from potential opportunities. You will also assign new customer acquisitions to local distributor partners at time of product/purchase request. Assigned distributors to be supported when requested. Distributor specific travel to be limited to assigned accounts and may be required to travel outside of the assigned territory to represent Company.

Assure customer/distributor needs are managed properly and professionally.
Maintain specified distributor visits within the designated territory.
When necessary, assist customer with specifying product needs and installing (if required).
Provide customers with Cost Analysis or ROI documentation based on product surveys and assessments.

Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude focusing directly on customer product use and understanding.
Strong verbal and effective written communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and information sourcing.
Mechanical Aptitude: pipe fittings, thread pitch understanding, basic hydraulic principles, hand tool experience
