Jr. Process Automation Engineer

Opportunity: Direct Hire

Pay Range - up to $85k

Location: Shaker Heights, OH

Schedule: 5 days on-site w/ Family-first flexibility. Hours: 8a-5p

Position: Process Automation Engineer

This is a brand new position for the company building out a new Service Line, and will have leadership opportunities as the group grows. The ideal person for this role is someone with an application development skills set, business savvy enough to know how money flows, how a business environment moves, and can flush out the B.S. when appropriate. Someone who loves puzzles and finding solutions to challenges.

The large focus of this role is Business Process Automation using RPA across all business lines. An RPA tool has not been selected, but is under evaluation so experience in any specific tool is not necessary, although Powershell scripting would be beneficial, along with knowledge of C# and SQL. Another large focus for this role is building integrations between systems to move and manipulate data. There will be training provided for all of the industry-specific functions, so you need to bring your passion for software development, your aptitude for learning, and a positive can-do attitude.
