Oversee multiple development projects, and work closely with IT and business management to identify and translate complex business requirements into architectural designs. Provide technical consulting to identify and implement new uses of information technologies to assist functional business units in meeting their strategic objectives. Provide technical management for all phases of the system development and implementation process, including analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for client area application systems in an environment of diverse and complex development platforms. Deliver day-to-day technical administration, including upgrades and release management, analyzing log files, configuring file changes, installing and configuring documents (runbook), upgrade validation and testing, change control, resolving technical issues and problems. Serve as liaison between development services clients and upper management. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Swift, Objective C, Java, JavaScript, Angular, AngularJS, Node.js, REST, or React Native; Coding Standards, Coding modularity, Re-use, Application Design, Prototypes, Coding analyzer, profiling Toolsets, Object-oriented programming (OOP), or Agile Methodology; Utilizing Project Management Tool including JIRA; Using Code Repository Tools including GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Sharepoint; and Cross-Platform Mobile Development using React Native based mobile app.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 25%.
