Job Duties

Oversees scheduling, ordering, and technical performance of organizations health services programs.

Participates in proposal development, contract negotiation and contract compliance.

Ensures master health care plans and schedules are followed, developing solutions to program challenges, and directing others for successful completion of project(s) and program(s) on time and on budget.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration and management
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects and/or programs and respective resources to accomplish strategic healthcare needs of the facility
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively as well as lead and direct the work of others
  • Significant prior work experience in planning and organizing the activities of a large and/or complex medical unit
Additional Considerations
  • Advanced Knowledge in health services or health care administration or a similar field (e.g. public health, health services, or business administration)
  • Prior work experience in a health care field with relevant management practices and principles
  • Experience working with legal adjudication, settlement agreements, consent degrees, court monitors and/or special masters
