3D Systems, a global leader in additive manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Machine Operator to join our innovative healthcare team in Littleton, Colorado. As a critical component of our manufacturing operations, you will oversee and optimize machine performance, driving efficiency and quality while leading a high-performing team.

🌟 Exciting Work Hours: Join us for a dynamic afternoon shift from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and enjoy a $1.00 per hour shift differential starting at 3:00 PM!

What You'll Do

• Team Leadership: Lead and help develop a high-performance team of machine operators through effective coaching and mentoring.
• Quality Assurance: Drive a culture of quality by establishing and maintaining rigorous quality control standards.
• Process Optimization: Assist with optimizing internal manufacturing processes.
• Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and report maintenance issues.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe work environment through proactive safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Skills & Expertise

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A proven track record of experience in machine operation, including significant time in a leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
