Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Guidewire Product Consultant - Policy Center" to join the team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Job Location: Texas (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Possess strong technical skills in Guidewire Policy Center with extensive experience in implementation and customization.

• Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire predefined and custom plugins ensuring seamless integration.

• Exhibit proficiency in Guidewire Studio optimizing development workflows.

• Have expertise in Guidewire integration concepts and implementation

• Have a deep understanding of Policy Product model, Policy and renewal processes within the insurance domain.

• Showcase excellent problem-solving abilities addressing technical challenges effectively.

• Display strong communication skills facilitating collaboration with clients and teams.

• Hold a relevant certification in Guidewire validating technical expertise.

Lead the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Oversee the customization and configuration of Guidewire predefined and custom plugins to enhance system functionality.

Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio to streamline development processes and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for renewals.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Guidewire solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure effective use of Guidewire solutions.

Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations customizations and processes.

Participate in project planning and management ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance performance.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire solutions addressing any issues that arise.

Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose relevant solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $66K - $132,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
