JOB DETAILS

Base Pay Rate Starting at $22.50 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for personal safety and involvement in all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) efforts
• Assist in daily scheduling of employees based on production volume
• Supervise employee progress, evaluate performance, facilitate layoffs, monitor absences, and initiate disciplinary actions
• Develop and maintain open communication and daily interaction with employees
• Participate in problem-solving for preventative maintenance issues
• Attend required training and participate as a trainer when necessary
• Monitor and ensure adherence to good housekeeping practices
• Participate, develop and maintain 5S and SMART procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure
