Insight Global is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer to join one of their top financial clients in the Phoenix area. This individual will be joining an Enterprise Architecture team who's responsible for building out API platforms that help foster the connectivity of data services across multiple products and platforms in different lines of business. As the development team continues building out new platforms and capabilities, there will need to be immediate testing support. This individual will specifically focus on automation testing, leading the build out and design of the automation framework from scratch, leveraging REST Assured, and will help integrate this into their current CI/CD environment for fully automated efforts long term. This person should come from a strong API testing and automation background, with excellent communication skills to work across multiple scrum teams and business users. This person will serve as the sole QA in the scrum team, so we are seeking someone with a proactive attitude and leadership mentality to foster collaboration and new innovation to the testing enviornment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of automation focused testing
- 5+ years of API testing with REST Assured framework
- Strong technical ability creating and building test frameworks from scratch, leveraging tools like Java, Git and Jenkins to do so
- Prior experience designing framework architecture from scratch

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with visual testing and/or performance testing
- Strong understanding of integrating testing into a CI/CD environment
