Title: Lead Quality Engineer (Remote)

Onsite/ Remote/ Hybrid: Remote

Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of experience with hands on experience with PL/SQL Maven Selenium Jira TestNG Java Scrum and Jenkins.
• Possess strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Maven, Selenium, Jira, TestNG, Java, Scrum, and Jenkins.
• Demonstrate experience in the Payer domain ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium TestNG and Java.
• Provide expertise in PL/SQL for database testing and validation.
• Utilize Maven for build automation and Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
• Manage and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and performance.
• Implement best practices in test automation and continuously improve testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Payer domain.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
• Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Coordinate with project managers to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverable

Nice to have skills:

• JavaScript, Azure, Cucumber, Cyara, JBehave, SQL, Protractor, Cypress, Docker, AWS Katalon, & SauceLabs UAF,

Work Authorization:

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
