Lead Software Developer :

- The Lead Software Developer will work closely with team members, the Product Owner, and the Solution Designer to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions while adhering to corporate standards and guidelines.

- Attend and actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement sessions, and retrospective sessions
- Work on assigned user stories and ensure their timely completion within each sprint
- Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any questions, concerns, or blockers
- Host Daily Standup Meetings in a team rotation
- Provide technical leadership to the team when facing issues
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Solution Designer to ensure developers stay within the approved scope for each release
- Attend and participate in biweekly application demos to the line of business

Qualifications :

- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Must have 6+ years of experience with .NET, C#, Angular 2+, MS SQL Server, Unit Testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Jenkins, BitBucket, Entity Framework, and Scrum methodology
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring and guiding development teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience
