We are accepting applications for a .Net Application Developer (Software Development Specialist 3), primary technology .Net Framework; secondary technologies: SQL, Reporting and Visualizations, Integration Middleware, position number 20036085, within the Office of Information Technology, headquartered at the James Rhodes State Office Tower, 30 East Broad Street, 33rd floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215.

Qualifications
Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; and 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
Or completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; and 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
Or 60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.

What you will do...
- Interface with business analysts, clients and end users to gather business requirements
- Design, code, test, document software in a collaborative environment with other team members
- Assist in supporting user acceptance testing
- Perform software implementation tasks, including source control and deployment activities
- Provide support for business applications which may include maintenance, enhancements and software fixes
