Leidos Supply Chain Systems and Analytics has an immediate opening for a Principal Supply Chain Analyst. You will join a transformational team possessing deep system knowledge, able to implement scalable solutions for continuous improvement. This role requires experience with Source-to-Pay business processes with an emphasis on the Ivalua platform. Effective communication with business subject matter experts and technical teams will be key to plan and execute high business value solutions. In-depth knowledge and experience of the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform is required to guarantee Leidos Ivalua solution fully meets and supports business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Standard configuration, setup and administration of the Ivalua application
  • Monitoring daily performance and operation of the Ivalua application, including troubleshooting issues and error handling
  • Collaboration with business and IT analyst(s) to define and scope requested application changes
  • Coordination, configuration, testing and support of changes requested by the business
  • Coordination and testing of application maintenance upgrades as prescribed by solution provider
  • Advance supply chain digital transformation roadmap and recommend best practices
  • Interact with Ivalua R&D team to help shape future product features
  • Production support including periodic after hours and weekend support responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 - 12 years or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience in the area of supply chain, business, systems and analytics
  • L2 Ivalua Academy Functional Configuration & Administration Certification
  • 2+ years supporting, consulting, or implementing Ivalua applications
  • Deep functional knowledge of Ivalua standard processes and configurations (P2P, S2C, SRM)
  • Experience in new supply chain system implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and select new technologies to meet current and future business needs
  • Excellent time management, communication, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to be a catalyst for change in a very fast paced, dynamic environment, respecting all constituent groups using current and proven best practices for efficient procurement and business operations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • L3 Ivalua Academy Functional Certification (P2P, S2C, SRM)
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and ServiceNow ITSM

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
