Summary

Lidl US is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team! This position is hybrid, reporting 3 days per week at our Headquarters in Arlington, VA.

As a Supply Chain Analyst you will ensure a smooth movement of goods and flow of information within the planning, ordering, and controlling processes for Lidl US. You will collaborate with our internal business units, as well as key vendor partners to execute strategies that will drive efficiencies for the organization to reduce total supply chain costs. We are looking for someone to act as a subject matter expert, and be responsible for analyzing compliance performance, identifying problems, and develop recommendations that enhance our overall program.

What You'll Do
  • Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
  • Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
  • Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
  • Coordinate and control order-related information to and from the Regional Distribution Centers
  • Communicate between Regional teams and other HQ operational departments
  • Analyze promotional quantities and identify inconsistencies in the sales volume, allocated quantities, and data maintenance
  • Update guidelines, standard operating procedures, and instructional materials
  • Support the planning, control and follow-up of promotional campaigns.
  • Manage product lifecycle for assigned categories including new product evaluation, forecasting, monitoring of KPIs and out of assortment stock depletion.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to work independently
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
