The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Product Line is uniquely positioned to power Data and Analytics technologies that enable end-to-end risk management, operational/advanced analytics and data science capabilities for Johnson & Johnson. In close partnership with JJT organization and our business, we will develop, leverage and scale smarter, faster and more efficient future-ready enterprise platforms and capabilities that will help to unlock new insights needed to drive innovation, commercial growth, operational efficiencies and improved health outcomes.

This position will have specific responsibilities as a Product Analyst with strong technical skills, delivering the high impact Enterprise Risk Management program that address the evolving needs of our risk functions. The Product Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the requirement elicitation, design, and documentation of these Risk Data solutions. This includes business requirements gathering, process gap analysis, process improvement, user story generation, scope management, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Technology Product Owner (TPO) and Business Product Owners (BPO) to understand business drivers and to deliver Analytics products that address business needs.

• Shape and lead Data & Analytics capabilities for Enterprise Risk Management based upon business drivers and IT strategies.

• Communicate product vision and functional requirements to product development team.

• Participate in the development and evolution of product strategy and roadmap by staying current in technology advancements and working closely with architecture teams and IT management.

• Lead and deliver features that enhance the solution, drive and measure usage and improve performance.

• Utilize Agile methodology to work with business partners to define and translate business needs into user stories, prioritize product backlog, and define sprint plans.

• Cultivate collaborative, healthy, inclusive, and credo-based culture of highly engaged, high performing teams by modeling credo values and valuing diverse perspectives.

• Writes, leads clarifies requirements, and may develop use cases for sophisticated requirements

• Build detailed business requirements and/or user stories, use cases, and user acceptance test criteria

• Assists in the planning and development of system testing procedures

• Assists in testing and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied

• Engagement with agile team (using Agile methodologies) with other J&J Technology functions and roles (e.g. Solutions Lead, TPO, Technology Services, ISRM, etc.).

• Write user stories and prioritize product development backlog. (Acceptance criteria used BDD Executable Scenario Syntax)

• Ultimately responsible for day-to-day operational aspects, participate in agile ceremonies and backlog grooming, requirements and user story definition and manage product backlog health.

• Understand business model and process mapping techniques to identify critical key IT capabilities.

• Acting as the primary trusted advisor to BPO and TPO to align on product development needs for specific products and platforms.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and technology disciplines. Ensures that Business SMEs, Developers, Testers and SQA work as a single unit and are aligned. Engages regional SMEs and other partners as and when needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in technology or engineering discipline.

• 5+ years in strong business analysis and product requirements gathering skills

• Experience in SDLC practices & Agile delivery

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven track record of building strong business partner relationships

• Must possess the ability to work independently and be self-accountable for flawless execution.

Preferred:

• Experience IT space specializing in Data Management, Analytics and Insights generation

• Ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and to be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to the Business stakeholders and the Project Team

• Build and optimize data pipelines for extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using Integration technologies to meet business requirements.

• Perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes / source systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement

• Excellent analytic skills associated with working on unstructured datasets

• Build processes that support data integrations, workload management, dependency and job orchestration

• Hands on experience in writing SQL queries

• AWS Associate Developer / Architect certification

• Knowledge on Python, Pyspark

• Experience with modern BI visualization technologies such as Tableau, Power BI

• Experience working with Data warehouses, Data Lakes, Data lakehouses

• Knowledge of Databricks, AWS Azure

• Practical experience using Agile development methodology

• Experience delivering Enterprise Risk Products/Analytics

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally within a matrixed IT organization

• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful data and analytics products and solutions

• Must be a self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and learning agility skills

• Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment and influence adoption of new thinking

• The ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve results in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144.900.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
