Insight Global is seeking a qualified Lead Test Engineer with 6+ years of experience in support of one of are large federal clients Damn Neck in VA. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans and meticulously document results for various testing phases, including component-level testing, full-scale integrated system testing, and regression testing. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:

* Writing, performing, and update test procedures

* Validating test procedures and ensuring that all government requirements are being followed

* Combining various physical components--such as computer hardware, networking hardware, software-defined radios, software, user terminals, and ancillary equipment--into a unified and efficient home-grown system.

Required Skills & Experience

* Professional experience working as a test analyst, systems engineer, test engineer, or similar. (electrical and or mechanical engineer)

* Full-time professional experience in the design, development, production, or testing of electronic, electro-mechanical, and/or hydro-electronic equipment.

* Ability to develop test procedures/perform them.

* Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline
