Job Description:

Oversees all day-to-day testing operations and serves as point of contact for the Middletown testing center, providing mentorship and guidance to part-time staff. Ensures the testing center runs according to needs and facilitates smooth operation through appropriate planning and management of materials and resources. Collaborates with testing center staff across campuses, faculty, other staff members, and testing/program vendors to ensure that testing services are administered in compliance with relevant university, higher education, and testing sponsors policies, regulations, guidelines, and standards. Collects and analyzes testing center sign-in data to provide insights into testing patterns and makes recommendations for any necessary improvement.

Compensation and Benefits


The hiring range for this position is $32,843.00-$43,907.00. Salary will be commensurate with competencies and experience. The position is classified staff and as such is eligible for the benefits package offered by the Commonwealth of Virginia for state agencies. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a higher education/community college environment.
Experience working collaboratively with peers across locations.
Experience in administering/proctoring exams according to rules of confidentiality and compliance.
Experience in educational technology - Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard, eCollege, etc.)
