Job Title: Learning and Development Data Specialist

Location (Onsite, Hybrid, Remote): Remote - US

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension depending on performance and team fit

Pay Rate Range: $40/hr - $46/hr on w2

Note:

This role will primarily support the data and systems needs of the Leadership Academy to effectively provide development to the population.

Writing tests will be provided to shortlisted candidates before scheduling an interview. Interviews will only be scheduled with those who pass the test. Time Limit: 30 minutes.

  • The Learning and Development Data Specialist is a key role focused on managing and analyzing data to optimize global, corporate-wide learning solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, keen attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset. This individuals priority is to support the teams LMS, data, and reporting needs for the companys growing portfolio of learning and development programs.

Responsibilities:

Learning Data Management:
  • Provide advanced data analysis and reporting to support the L&D team in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity across various learning platforms, including Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, and other tools.
  • Develop and generate comprehensive reports on metrics such as program utilization, efficacy, and employee engagement.
  • Produce regular eligibility reports segmented by program and audience.
  • Monitor and analyze survey responses, generating detailed reports to inform program improvements and engagement breakdowns.
  • Partner with the L&D team to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and program enhancements.

Learning Operations:
  • Provide LMS administrative support using Workday Learning, including course setup, enrollment management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team and vendors to update calendar enrollments and invites.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding learning programs, course enrollments, and LMS technical issues.

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a global, fast-paced business environment, managing and analyzing data for learning programs.
  • Strong proficiency in data management, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, Vlookups, and data visualization.
  • Experience with LMS administration, particularly Workday Learning.
  • Proficient in managing data and generating reports in a global environment.
  • Experience with Learning/HR systems (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Workday).
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
