A court system in Richmond, VA is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for a 6 month contract, which will renew every 6 months if the performance is strong.

Work Mode: Role is located in Richmond, VA. Office environment with occasional remote work opportunities based on management discretion.

Pay Rate: up to $28.00/hr

Job Summary: The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for the management and support of the organization's Learning Management System, the Judicial Learning Center (JLC). This work includes system configuration, user support, content management, and data analysis. The LMS/JLC Administrator will work closely with instructional designers, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure the LMS/JLC meets the educational and training needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. LMS/JLC Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the LMS/JLC
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Ensure the LMS/JLC is properly configured and updated.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the JLC.

2. User Support:
• Provide support and training to JLC users, including employees, instructors, and learners.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
• Address and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly.

3. Content Management:
• Upload, organize, and manage e-learning courses and materials.
• Ensure all content is current, accurate, and accessible.
• Assist with the design and development of new learning materials as needed.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Generate and analyze reports on LMS/JLC usage, course completions, and learner progress.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve the learning experience.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS/JLC.

5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training programs.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on LMS/JLC-related projects.

6. System Improvement:
• Stay current with LMS/JLC trends, tools, and best practices.
• Propose and implement enhancements to the LMS/JLC to improve functionality and user experience.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.

Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in LMS/JLC administration or a similar role.
• Experience with specific LMS/JLC platforms (Docebo) is highly desirable.
• Experience with Articulate, including Rise 360 is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in LMS/JLC software and related technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
