Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Learning Operations Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Mooresville, NC!

Title: Learning Operations Specialist

Location: Mooresville, NC (onsite)

Duration: 10+ Months

Role Type: W2 contract engagement

Hours: M-F 8-5

Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide operational support to all components of the Learning and Development team.

• Responsible for completing operational tasks to include scheduling, event setup, record keeping, basic communications, and data entry.
• This role is critical as it ensures that practical support elements and coordination are provided to enable successful execution of L&D programs and strategy.
