Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 4 month contract
Compensation: $17-$19/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

MF - Flexible start time 7 am - 8 am (must meet 8 hr requirement)
Hybrid schedule - 60 onsite /40 remote. Worker can pick their remote work day at long as 3 days are in the office per week.

Education - Must have HS/GED
Must have excel experience, preference for expert knowledge
Must have customer service experience, and conformable handling customer escalations via email
Must be able to work independently and with a team.

SUMMARY :
This position provides support to the Sales Operations team. Individual is responsible for item setup, maintaining operational duties for our Contract team and supporting other customers as time permits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• On time and accurate item setup for all NA customers in their individual platforms
• POC for the Contract field team for escalation resolution
• Resolution of customer alerts and returns receiving in customer systems
• All other responsibilities as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in Excel, PIM systems, and SAP preferred
