The University of Virginia's School of Education and Human Development seeks qualified applicants for the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Special Education to teach and provide content expertise for programs in Early Childhood Education. Opportunities are available both on-grounds at the University of Virginia and online.
The successful candidate will possess a master's degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching excellence and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous preK-12 or post-secondary education teaching experience in the course content area is strongly preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience: Previous preK-12 or post-secondary education teaching experience in the course content area is strongly preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
